CKPP began servicing loans in 1992 with a portfolio of 117 loans totaling $713 million. Over the last fifteen years, the portfolio has grown to over $3 billion covering over 360 loans for 18 life companies and master servicers. The bulk of our portfolio includes properties located in Pennsylvania, New Jersey and Delaware; however, we also service loans in many other parts of the country. We are a full-service mortgage servicing group offering a comprehensive range of services to our lenders including the collection and remittance of mortgage payments, payment of property tax bills, monitoring property insurance coverage, managing escrow reserves, continuing UCC filings, annual financial statement analysis of all loans in the portfolio and yearly property inspections. CKPP also services CMBS loans for several master servicers on both a cashiering and non-cashiering basis.
