Carey, Kramer, Pettit, Panichelli & Associates, Inc. (“CKPP”) is a privately held, locally owned, regional mortgage banking firm that primarily services the Pennsylvania, New Jersey and Delaware region. CKPP was formed in 1987 by Don Pettit and Dan Panichelli and still operates as an independent mortgage company. To date CKPP has originated over $9 billion in commercial real estate loans. CKPP began servicing loans in 1992 and today we have a servicing portfolio of over $3.0 billion.

While our office is located in Wayne, PA (a suburb of Philadelphia) and most of our business is in the Philadelphia region, we have financed numerous properties throughout the United States .

CKPP's staff has grown to 18 full time employees, including six full time production officers, backed by an exceptional team of analysts, servicing and administrative support personnel.
