Donald Pettit and Daniel Panichelli are the operating principals, each with 25+ years of mortgage banking experience in the Philadelphia area. Don (President) and Dan (Executive Vice President) were born, raised and educated in the Philadelphia region.

CKPP 's primary territory is the Philadelphia Metropolitan Area, which includes Bucks, Chester, Delaware, Montgomery and Philadelphia Counties in Pennsylvania and Burlington, Camden and Gloucester Counties in New Jersey. CKPP's coverage extends north to Princeton, New Jersey, south to Dover, Delaware, west to Harrisburg, Pennsylvania and east to South Jersey coastal towns.

CKPP has originated, on average, $750 million in new loans per year over the past 10 years. We currently service a portfolio of $3 billion.
