Donald K. Pettit Don Pettit is President of Carey, Kramer, Pettit, Panichelli & Associates, Inc. He received his B.A. degree in 1976 and his M.B.A. degree in 1978 from Rider University. Prior to helping establish CKPP in January, 1987, Don was employed by Latimer & Buck, Inc., the mortgage banking subsidiary of Fidelity Bank in Philadelphia for eight years, where he was consistently one of the top producers of new business. His last position was as Senior Vice President and he was a member of the Latimer & Buck Executive Committee. Don has completed various courses offered by the Mortgage Bankers Association and the American Institute of Real Estate Appraisers. Don has also been a guest lecturer at several area universities, including Wharton Business School and Temple University.
Daniel J. Panichelli
Dan Panichelli is the Executive Vice President of Carey, Kramer, Pettit, Panichelli & Associates, Inc. He graduated from Villanova University with a B.A. degree in 1976. He attended Temple University's Graduate School of Business in the evenings and, in 1986, received an M.B.A. degree with a major in Real Estate. Prior to helping establish CKPP in January, 1987, Dan was employed by Latimer & Buck, Inc. for seven years. Dan has also completed several courses offered by the Mortgage Bankers Association of America and the American Institute of Real Estate Appraisers.
Robert W. Kelly, C.P.A.
Rob Kelly is a partner/producer of Carey, Kramer, Pettit, Panichelli & Associates, Inc. He graduated from Villanova University with a B.S. in Accounting in 1982. Rob joined CKPP in 1993 and is responsible for generating new client relationships and loan production for CKPP. Rob is a member of the Mortgage Banking Association of America.
Joseph P. Topley
Joe Topley graduated from Widener University in 1985 with a B.S. degree in Business Administration. Joe has been employed by CKPP since November, 1988. Joe is responsible for establishing new client relationships and loan production for CKPP.
Bradley W. Johnson
![]() Producer Neal graduated from Lehigh University (B.S. in Accounting) in 1983. He received his MBA from Villanova University in 1995. Neal earned his designation as a Certified Public Accountant and started his career as an auditor in a large international accounting firm where he specialized in real estate. Neal joined CKPP in 1994 and is responsible for generating new client relationships and matching their financing needs with our wide array of lending sources. Neal is a licensed real estate agent and a member of the Mortgage Banking Association of America, ULI and sits on various not-for-profit boards.
Kevin T. Collins
Kevin graduated from Muhlenberg College in 1996 with a B.A. in Business Administration and English and joined CKPP in 2000. Kevin is responsible for underwriting and closing loans for all property types and capital sources, as well as generating new client relationships and loan production.
D. Morgan Beever
Morgan received his B.A. in History from The College of Wooster in 1993 and joined CKPP in 2001. Before arriving at CKPP, Morgan worked as a commercial real estate appraiser and consultant and earned his license as a Certified General Appraiser in Pennsylvania. Morgan is responsible for underwriting and closing loans for all property types and capital sources, as well as generating new client relationships and loan production.
Matthew Kruvczuk
Matthew received his B.A. in Economics in 1998 from Millersville University and is currently finishing his M.B.A. degree at LaSalle University. Prior to joining CKPP in 2004, Matthew was employed by American Appraisal Associates for four years working in REIT portfolio valuations. Matthew has also worked as a Statistics Instructor at Lehigh University and as a Commercial Property Manager for the Horst Group.
